Free Shipping for all orders over $200AUD
Flat Rate $5 standard shipping for orders under $200AUD
Delivery between 2-7 business days
Flat Rate $12 express shipping for orders under $200AUD
Delivery between 1-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Flat Rate $30 for all international orders
All orders are sent via Australia Post
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
International orders may attract customs charges and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes within their own country. SOOT. is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you have made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order please email hello@soot.com.au so that we can amend your order.
RETURNS
If you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased we will accept this subject to the our simple return conditions
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe
- Items must be returned in original and unworn condition. Tags must still be attached
- As a small business we offer store credit on returns

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense
SOOT. can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service when returning a product.
